My experience started with Restaurants, catering, grew up with the years, the knowledge, experience, degrees and positions.

It started from 2003 till 2013 in FMCG field, restaurants like Kababji (Kuwait and Lebanon), Crepaway, (Lebanon), Japengo and Biella (UAE) under Ben Hindi and Paris group reputed companies. Started as a restaurant manager and achieved 2014 as an operations manager. I have started my career in the Hospitality industry as a Restaurant manager, Multi Units Manager, Senior Operational Manager for some of the most recognized Catering companies in UAE, managing restaurants, catering and full facilities and lastly as an Operations Manager for a supply chain provider to the UNIFIL ( United Nations in Lebanon ) Among my responsibilities were the handling and planning for all the VIP clients’ e.g ADCO and others who requires the highest standards. In my role, I have been responsible for and led people with different backgrounds, religion, all in a multicultural environment. I lead by example and I see myself more as a leader than a manager as I enable people who work with me thrive, and to take pride in their contribution. Management is an art form, where all details contribute to the whole experience when all details are in place and everything runs smoothly I can take pride in what is my passion. I am a social person, honest and loyal and I like being in an environment where you receive an instant recognition for the good work you provide.
