2.Worked in SUNNINGDALE TECH, Malaysia as Production Supredendent in Medical Devices manufacturing and Auto Components and blow molded containers.Handled 48 injection molding machines and accessories with over 200 employees.

3.Worked as the production Executive for 4 years in Shrusthi Plastic Pvt. Ltd, Pondicherry. Manufacture of Sanitary wares, PVC Pipes, Hoses and stainless steel Kitchen sinks and Accessories. Managing & supervising the team to complete production schedule and having hands on knowledge in plastic processing and production of high volume precision engineering plastic molded parts with customer specified quality. Projects done for TATA motors (mold testing, PPAP, APQP)

Hard disk drive parts. Ball embedded latches, Air flow directors & precision brackets, plate disk separators, Molding of Optical lenses, Automotive Plastic components and Ultra precision plastic gear parts for printers & other peripherals and aesthetic casings for computers and printers and hard disk.

Reduced cycle time for plate separator (used in hard disk)

Reduced cycle time for insert molding of latches by using engineering principles like work study, motion study and used fixture to increase the yield by 10%.

6. M/S. Precision Plastics Packaging Pvt Ltd, Chennai, India - as Production Supervisor from Aug’94 to Aug’98 (4 years).

Managing & supervising the team to complete production schedule and having hands on knowledge in plastic processing(Blow molding and Injection molding) and production of world class consumer and Medical components.{ TTK, Ponds,Chemoleums oil,VVD,Cavincare etc}50 ml to 210 ltr drums.Jerry cans 2ltr,5ltr etc
