Trained and supervised over 30 Soldiers in proper maintenance practices, safety procedures, and discipline practices while operating high value equipment, per Standard Operating Procedures and Policies (SOP)

Reduced conflicts, making sure soldiers in a conflicted situation were calmly resolved.
