•Led and coached a team of 16 marketeers including four marketing managers and their corresponding subordinates. My role included supervising the following areas: Product Management and Development; Customer Loyalty and Engagement; Brand and Product Communication; Market Research and Data Mining; Digital and Social Media channels.
•Managed the consumer portfolio with over 12 different products achieving a total annual billing of $1.7 Billion up from $450 million in the span of 8 years.
•Launched the Centurion card in Saudi Arabia including full-service concierge and travel unit resulting in over $300 Million in billings in the first year alone becoming the single highest revenue driver in the following years with average annual spend exceeding $500 million.
•Successfully positioned the American Express brand as the must have card resulting in an increase from 35,000 to 275,000 cards while keeping attrition rates under 6%
