Work Experience : 16th january,2020 still working with designation Production Chemical Engineer and play a role of Shift Incharge in manufacturing process of limed bone gelatin, fish gelatin in Sterling Biotech Ltd Group (Sterling Gelatin Division, Vadodara ) which certified with ISO-9001:2008, ISO-14001:2004, H-A-C-C-P for food safety System,HALAL Assurance system,etc, World leader company in Gelatin Technology. Responsibilities:
1. Monitoring process parameters of Chemical plant with PLC and taking necessary actions to control the same and troubleshooting in running process . 2. Implementing shift wise production plan and achieving the targets with maintaining the parameters of product, Handling manpower, Material management . 3. Maintaining the documents as MPR (Master Production Instruction Record), BPR
(Batch Production Record ),ECR (Equipment Cleaning Record ). 4. Coordinating with quality department to get relevant information results on time to run the plant as per quality specification, effectively considering all the CCPs etc. 5. Faced the audits like HACCP, IS0, CUSTOMER audit, IMS,etc. Process handle:
(1) Solid-liquid extraction: Pan Extractors in which gelatin is extracted from bones after submerged in the demineralization water
(2) Filteration: Filter press using pulp cake which is washable after use, polishing filter using filter pads
(3) Ultrafilteration: Using Semi permeable Membrane applied for increasing the concentration of Gelatin upto 10%
(4) Ion exchange : Cation,Anion Columns using resin applied for de-ionized the Gelatin liquor
(5) Multiple-effect evaporator: Long tube falling film Third –Effect Evaporator with vacuum which created by steam jet ejector, reaches the concentration at 40% of Gelatin
(6) Gelling : Votator as like Double pipe heat exchanger applied for gelling the gelatin liquor and extrudes the gelatin in form of noodles with the help of chilled glycol
(7) Chilling: Glycol Chilling with the help of compressing the ammonia by thermo compressor
(8) Drying: Band dryer comprising the eight zone of different temperatures fed with dry air,which dehumidified by kathabar system unit.
(9) Product handling: Size separation of gelatin granules by vibro screen after cutting,and right materials stored in Bines with inside liner,waste materials for re dissolving in the process.
(10) Blending: Mix up the Gelatin according to customer demand as Bloom value, pH, Viscosity, ionic Conductivity, transmission etc
(11) Packaging: Product gelatin after blending is packed in drums with inside liner having proper identification of Batch no, Qty, Date of manufacturing. **************@*****.***
