Project name: Nanded Waghala City Infrastructure development Project.

Client: Nanded Waghala City Municipal Corporation

Transmission and Distribution network in North and South Nanded comprising of Ductile Iron (DI) and Mild Steel (MS) pipe. Total length of DI K-9 pipeline around 321 KM of diameter ranging from 100 mm to 750 mm. Similarly, total length of MS pipe around 7 KM of 900mm diameter.

Construction of two new conventional Water treatment plant (WTP) of capacity 35000 CUM/day.

Raw water pumps are VT pumps of capacity 600KW – 6 Nos and Raw water Transmission main of MS – 1200mm of 11KM, GRP – 900mmof 4KM and PE twin pipeline 900mm DIA. The raw pipe has two crossing one in the river of 300mts and another in lake of 1200mts by PE pipeline

The Value of Project is INR 1820 Million funded by Japan Bank for International Cooperation.

Pump installed are 225 KW – 2 Nos submersible pumps.

Laying of deep sewer pipeline of 6.5 Km to the related pumping station contains of DI & CI from 350mm DIA to 900mm DIA at a depth of 3.0m to 7.5m, laying of pumping main of PSC pipe of 600mm DIA - 3.5 KM. This project contract period is 18 months, but completed and commissioned in 15 months and Handed over to the client.

Project Name: Chennai Water supply Augmentation Project - I

As a Manager Pipeline deputed to M/s PUNCH – LANCO – KHEC (JV) in Veeranam project package – 3 (CWSAP-1) for cross country pipeline work of MS pipe 1924mm DIA Spiral welded pipe with outer wrapping coating and inner cement motor lining of 200 KM. Responsible for laying testing & commissioning of 1924mm DIA MS pipe along National Highway to a length of 45 KM.

The Value of Project is INR 2870 Million. Funded by Central government and state Government of Tamilnadu

Project Name: Improvement of the existing sewerage collection system in Annanagar, Arumbakkam & Shenoy Nager area with New Sewerage pumping station – 3 Nos & Revamping of Existing pumping station – 4Nos.

Site Incharge responsibility is after awarding the contract, finalizing the available cost by freezing the direct and indirect cost. After available cost has frozen, float the tenders to the vendors and sub contractor, negotiate within the available cost and finalize.

Planning to operate the project in positive cash flow and mobilize to the site to start. Liasoning with clients, external agencies, and third party inspection agencies. Billing to be made periodically and follow for the payment to maintain positive cash flow. Maintain good relationship with client & sub contractor for timely completion of the project.
