Job Responsibilities
Safe and efficient operation of plant post and report to control room operator and shift In-charge in case of any abnormality or deviation in the parameters / set points.
Monitoring of all equipment on regular basis in the assigned areas of field.
Responsible for safe and effective emergency handling and trouble shooting at plan post by proper communication with Shift In-charge, control room operator and other operational posts.
Assist in safe & smooth gas turbine, HRSG, steam turbine and other BOP System after routine or emergency stop & smooth power line up with emergency system.
Safe startup and shutdown of equipment of the post. Fills out all required checklists.
Observe gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
Perform general housekeeping
Writing shift end book and perform shift handover / takeover activities properly

Two Gas turbine units, single shaft, heavy duty gas turbines are model of Frame 6FAsupplied by GE (General Electric) Company along with two generators provided by GE as well 75MW each.

Heat Recovery Steam Generator
HEAT RECOVERY STEAM GENERATOR (Hangzu Boiler CHINA).
Two HRSG’s type of dual pressure, horizontal duct, non-supplement fire and natural circulation.
HP steam pressure 90bar, temperature 537 C and flow 110 t/h.
LP steam pressure 6.0bar temperature 280 C and flow 13 t/h.
