1. Balance safe and cash draw with substantial amount of cash at the beginning and end of every shift. 2. Pull previous day report and compile previous days shift balance sheets/ take a picture of it/ and text to appropriate members of management.
3. Reach calls from other 3 locations that they are up and running with no issues by open time or if not, I have to 1st call to see if they just hadn’t called yet or if not at work and location isn’t open. Then I have to track down who is supposed to be there or get another employee there to open. 4. Give access to the players into the location, check everyone’s ID for minimum age requirement, give customers change, get them a drink or snack if they want, cash in lottery machine vouchers when they cash out, check on players every 10-15 minutes and make sure they have what they need. 5. Answer the phone, monitor video surveillance cameras all the time, wash cups players use, keep a count of number of players that are playing every 30 mins, keep beer count ledger, clean machines between players, keep counters and bathrooms clean, stock all snacks and all paper products, fix any error problems with the machines, and at end of shift do your shift change paperwork and balance it then transfer you totals over to daily balance sheet for location and make sure it balances with previous shift
