JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proficiently organizing and conducting practical training programs, to enhance skills & motivational levels of medium to large sized teams. Training the production,
Quality and maintenance staff to work in compliance with the HAACP system.
Responsible for clearly communicating product safety and quality objectives with production, maintenance and sanitation departments.
Responsible for internal training for all staffs in Multilanguage.
Responsible for ensuring overall Food hygiene activities in the food production areas.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with local regulatory laws (ADFCA) / International standards in food safety.
Responsible for implementation and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP. Maintain and implement operational procedures, policies and internal audits to improve and maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of quality management system.
Submits product samples for microbiological testing; evaluates the results of this testing & communicates the appropriate corrective action to food service staffs; documents actions taken.
Investigation of incident /Accident and Near misses, if any involving technical core group
Finalize, approve and maintain all raw materials, packing materials specification and finished product specification. Respond to incidents of food poisoning in his area and to send report to the Designated Officer.
Identifying and report structural deficiencies in the food operation.
Manage and maintain an effective pest control system.
Manage and maintain the traceability system established.
Manage and maintain FSMS documentation and records.
Follow up and complete periodic Water tank cleaning, Kitchen exhaust duct cleaning, and equipment Calibration, Grease trap cleaning and monthly preventive maintenance.
To ensure all Customer complaints are investigated thoroughly to avoid the re occurrence and report periodically with an action plan for implementation.
