Sourcing and screening of the candidates from the suitable sources (Employment exchange Job fair, employee reference consultancies, portals, walk-ins) as per the process requirements.
Conducting the HR interview for the proper screening of the candidates.
Finalizing the offer and issuing the offer letter.
Maintaining the database of the candidates who attended the interview on daily basis.
