RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintenance and Operation in 110KV GIS(Gas insulated substation) indoor substation at Chennai Airport.

• Maintenance and Operation in 16MVA 110/11KV Transformer (out door), 11KV VCB (Vaccum Circuit Breaker) indoor, RTCC, Relay control panel, Battery charger 30v and Battery Bank 30v (2V & 100AH Cell, 15Nos).

• Ensure clean and safe area.

• Monitoring and Recording all critical parameters of Electrical Equipments.

• Monitoring power condition and giving changeover according to the demands or Emergency condition.

• Co-ordinate with other staffs for Operation and Maintenance.

• Operation and maintenance with standard Operating procedure and Standard Maintenance procedure.

• Maintain a good communication with Subordinates.

• Maintain a work discipline in substation.

• Maintain a maximum demand and Power factor.
