SCOPE OF WORK:

MEP

• Installations for electrical systems such as TRANSFORMERS, LV PANELS, CAPACITOR BANKS, GENERATORS, ATS PANELS, MCCP PANELS, MSB, SMSB, service cabinet installations, DB, isolators, switches, sockets, lighting fixture and so on...

• Installations for plumbing systems and mechanical ventilations such as PPR piping, UPVC piping, copper piping for tanks and motors, booster pumps installations, PVC piping from 6 inch to 2 inch for drainage systems, service cabinet installations for water etc...

• Conduits fixing such as GI, PVC, GI boxes for Lighting, switches and sockets, risers for ac, water pumps, Manhole PVC for KAHRAMAA line etc...

• Containments installations such as cable tray from 750mm x 50mm to 40mm x 50mm TRUNKINGS

• Cable pulling from 4c x 400mm XPLE to 2.5mm wire PVC (red, yellow blue black & earth)

• Testing for all MEP systems such as electrical systems (continuity, insulations, BRAKER testing, panels etc...) And plumbing systems such as water & drainage leakage, pressure testing etc…

FIRE ALARMS & FIRE FIGHTING:

• Installations for Fire Alarm systems such as Fire Alarm Control Panels (Addressable & Conventional, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detectors, Multi Detectors, Beam Detectors, Sounder and MCP, Interface Modules, Monitor Modules, Control Modules, Interface with Lift and with Main Panel Etc…)

• Installations for Fire Fighting Systems Such as Dry risers, wet risers, Dry-wet, sprinklers, FHR cabinets, Landing Valves, air release valves, breaching inlets, fire extinguishers (Dry powder

& ABC, Wet Chemicals, Co2 cylinders).

• Conduits fixing such as GI, PVC, GI boxes for sounder and MCP, risers for fire Alarm Main Panel, firefighting Pumps, Manhole PVC as per QCDD Instructions etc...

• Testing and commissioning for FACP, Interfacing Modules, DETECTOR Devices, sounder MCP and Make Testing reports Ready.

Responsibilities:

• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.

• Ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

• To provide the entire installation solutions as per KAHRAMAA & QCDD requirements.

• Can provide Labeling signs for electrical, FA & FF systems and Prepare ASBUILT for the project as per KAHRAMAA & QCDD requirements and make ready for Inspection.

• Can be able to handle the installations for FACILITY MANAGEMENT, Maintenance, and Fit out Works

• To provide Detailed Estimation of the electrical systems with effective pricing.

• To maintain and control the material requirements upon the site and organize the material delivery to the site with in right time.

• Detail engineering with safety factor in the design before Execution.

• Responsible for health and safety. The main source of technical advice and quality control for every working on site.

• Providing progress report daily and weekly with Quality-oriented work.

• Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.

• Load Balancing, Load Calculations, Cable size calculation, cables scheduling & its route selection, over head or underground.

• Proper selections for protection system like LV Panels, Main Panels, Sub main Panels, DB’s for all electrical installation.

• Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.

• Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.
