Professional Experience
Senior Support to Health Management/Department Head with over 4 years’ experience. I have worked closely with the Health Director and Contracted service provider on the development of Planning, policies, Reporting, and Evaluation Standards.
I actively contributed to assisting community practice within the Homecare department in developing work plans, project plans and reports as required. I worked closely with the Manager/Department Head in case management in the areas of mentoring and coaching Home Care Workers. I Planned alongside Management the development of projects (Safety Checkmate) and ongoing teambuilding Lunch N Learns. I performed other related duties as assigned by Management/Department Head and coordinated wellness events for H&CC homecare clients coordinated scheduling client calendars and home care workers.
