· Provided gang intervention skills to young people 10 years old to 24 years old. I helped the youths develop a plan to fade out of their gang. I assisted the youths to join athletic programs to keep them competing in sports instead of being on the streets. I aided the youths in searching for jobs and I assisted them in creating their resumes and cover letters as well as I conducted mock interviews to help them get comfortable with interviewing for jobs.
