Materials Management: To identify the needs of spares and consumables for the maintenance activities and timely procurement actions for the same to avoid any contingencies due to non-availability of the spares. To codify, get approvals from competent authorities, indenting, technical evaluation of purchase proposals, receipt and checking of materials, issue of materials from store for various instrumentation related spares.

Suggestion/modifications for better process control and plant optimization.

Handling manpower of company Engineers with technicians and helper of contract workers.

Strive to achieve 98 % of equipments availability.

Executing cost saving & energy saving techniques / measures and modification to achieve substantial reduction in maintenance cost and work within the budgets.

Proactively identify areas of obstruction/breakdown and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting techniques.
