Transformer of 500 KVA

Key Deliverables

Engineering & Construction Coordination. Reviewing & understanding Electrical and instrument layout drawings & verifying it as per site condition. Operations and Maintenance

Planning and effecting preventive & predictive maintenance strategies, procedures and methods.

Leading a team of Technicians as Electrical In-Charge & Developing & executing maintenance plans to achieve optimum performance levels of all production & utility equipment in the plant, without any loss of production activity.

Scheduling various machines and equipment to increase machine uptime/equipment reliability there by accomplishing planned production target.

Identifying requirement of spares and inventory management.

20 MGD Sewage Treatment Plant is undertaken in Delhi Jal Board (Govt. of NCT of Delhi). It is EPC & O&M Project for Safe the Yamuna River from the waste water which comes from industries, sewage etc. Key Deliverables:

Extensive knowledge in project engineering, site commissioning activities encompassing:

Design & Engineering

1. Study and review of engineering documents (Electrical Layout, Design Specifications, I/O list, Control Philosophy, P&ID, Electrical Circuit diagram)

2. Conceptual design of system architecture based on feasibility and mapping study of project requirements.

3. Technical evaluation of various products as per requirements of design.

4.Preparation and review of detail engineering deliverables – Functional Design Specification, General Arrangements & Wiring drawings for Electrical panels, PLC panels, I/O allocation, Earthling diagram, Bill of Material, Commissioning Procedure.

5. Focused in QA/QC aspect of the project in consultation with respective department.

72 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant is undertaken in UP Jal Nigam (One-city, one Operator). It is O&M Project for Safe the Ganga River from the waste water which comes from industries, sewage etc.

Key Deliverables:

Maintenance & Testing

LT System :(415V,Make:L&T,Siemens,GE,Schenider) & HT System :(11KV,Make:siemens)

Able to do Testing of L&T and Siemens Provided LT system (415V) & HT system (11KV) having Micom P111 Numeric relay with Multiple Protection. Relay testing and switchgear Maintenance of LT System & HT system having VCB Circuit breakers.

Able to provide logic to design LT system with various interlocking in circuit.

Transformer: (2500KVA,1600KVA, 250KVA, 650KVA Make: BHEL/VOLTAMP)

Regular testing and Maintenance of Transformer Auxiliary (e.g.- Pumps, Valves, silica gel)
