●Receive stock - check the damages, quantity, description and the colour of the item to make sure it is a correct stock.
●GRV stock - check the pod number on the invoice is the same as the one that procurement issued to make sure the stock that you grv to the system is correct and the quantity
●Transfer and put-away stock - After the grved is done transfer the stock to the shelve
●Labeling the shelves - every item that is packed you put a label on it so that it will be easy to identify.
●Picking and packing stock - When packing the stock always apply Fifo method
●Cycle count- Everyday before doing any duties of the day we do cycle count to make sure that the stock is balancing and allocated in a correct location
●Monthly Stock taking - every monthend we do stock taking
●variance investigation - if there are variances after stock taking we conduct investigations to make sure that we find the reason for the variances
