Current Job Profile

Responsible for the overall functioning of yarn dyeing laboratory and production and soft winding section and all activities for out sourcing of dyed yarn. To setting process parameters and prepare SOP for various process. Production planning of soft winding, yarn dyeing lab and production section by using optimum resources, projecting maximum productivity with a quality conscious approach.

To achieve production targets & ensure smooth functioning of the department. Preparation monthly costing and performance report of yarn dyeing. Coordination with purchase dept for procurement and indent of dyes and chemicals. Coordination with maintenance dept for preventive maintenance. Coordination with HR and top management for man power training & recruitment. Recipe formulation for development based on the shade change in further finishing process and customer fastness requirement.

Visual shade matching as well latest technology such as CCM. Shade approval of bulk dyed lots and decide correction for rejected batches. Technical trouble shooting by utilizing technical soundness and experience. Carrying out various trials to achieve cost reduction & process time. Closely monitoring on yarn dyeing production and ensuring supplied dyed yarn to weaving dept as per the specifications of quality and quantity. Machines worker with
