Ensure achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual agreed Sales targets within laid down business terms for all brands

Sales target setting and monitoring for distributors, DSR at a beat level

Formulate & execute the secondary sales plan – Area wise, Distributor wise, Brand wise, SKU wise Ensure category availability, visibility and stock rotation along with distributor’s proper financial health

Ensuring quality of market coverage through effective use of DSR and distribution network

Educate and train the distributors on DSR systems & processes

Enhance DSR effectiveness through training & coaching

Ensure achieving primary sales through distributor on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.

Achieving secondary sales targets by AFC through order booking and POB execution at retailers

Communication of various schemes operating and being a channel between distributors and retailers.

Generating new orders and sales in their territory.

Ensuring product awareness and visibility through displays and other merchandising, posters,danglers etc.

Develop Market & monitor competitor activities & make analysis,

Responsible for marketing & sales promotion of own branded products

Make sure that the claims of the distributors are settled by ANI within specified time limit
