Re: Travel Position

Dear Recruiter:

Thank you for taking the time to review my qualifications and credentials. I believe that you will find my experiences unique and representative of the type of candidate that you are seeking. Understanding that travel assignments are generally based on a candidate’s last two years of employment, I will concentrate the description of my professional experiences on supporting my knowledge and skills as an adult and geropsych nursing specialist., I held positions from a from the start of my career in 1976 as the nursing member of a team that included a social worker delivering home psych services, to nursing manager positions in acute and long term psychiatric facilities that treat acute and chronic mental illness as well as addition. I also taught nursing students current practice as a course coordinator for community health and clinical instructor in psychiatric nursing. Over the past three years, I returned to clinical practice delivering direct care as a charge nurse and house supervisor for Haven Behavioral Health of Eastern PA. My greatest value for any company lies not only in my expansive experience in health care in the USA and internationally, but also in a broad range of acute inpatient and outpatient care settings for psychiatry. In these roles, I not only mastered care delivery, but clinical decisionmaking for triage and coordination of care services. Although education beyond the RN is also not generally a consideration, it is important to note that advanced professional education combined with global cross cultural are critical elements for assignment success in healthcare today. I look forward to finding working with you to identify assignments that offer mutual benefit. Thank you again,
