The Polyurethane Foam technician should have the capability to understand Design drawings, Knowledge of chemicals involved in molding PU Foam, Polyurethane elastomers and plan effectively to deliver PU Foam on time to meet target dates.

General responsibilities:- Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner • Molding Polyurethane Foam (Manual & Machine) using different molds as per Design drawings.

• Should have sufficient knowledge and experience of foam coating with PU and Brushes etc • Setting up and operates various casting machines to cast polyurethane elastomer products • Maintain and secure raw material Stocks for a minimum three-month production.

I have a working with Takata India pvt. Ltd. Automotive industries since July 2014 to 2017 till date.

I have a working with LIN SCAN Advanced Pipe line and Tank service. HFZ Sharjha UAE Goulf since may 2017 to 2019 till date.

LIN SCAN Advanced Pipeline and Tank Services was established in the year 2000 and since then has been providing pipeline inspection and integrity support services for oil and gas Industry globally, LIN SCAN services include In-line Inspection using MFL, TFI, Caliper or Geometry & UT technologies. Responsible for various type of chemcial storage like MDI/TDI Blue gold, MEK,MDC.

Various type of chemical working knowlage MDI/TDI POLYOLS, PREPOLYMER, RELEASE AGENT, COLOUR PAINT, COLOUR PASTE, ADDITIVE, CATALYIST, MOCA, ETHACURE, from various supplier like Huntsman, Dow, Manali Petrochemical, BASF,Covestro, Lanxess, Coim, Inov, ERA.

Responsible for FRD, nozzoles cleanig, ISO/POLY filters cleaning, material loading/unloading as per shift.

Manage inventory of spare & consumable item of the concerned department.

Training to new operators.

Requirement & Meeting daily production targets.

Responsible for suggestion and Kaizen activiti.

Handling skilled manpower and administration of shop floor.

Responsibility for cost reduction.

Discuss production gap & rejection/rework with continence plan.

FG stock monitoring daily basis.

Summited on time work order & F&F.

New chart Display on every 1st of the month.

Arrange all blank formats like Lot Management & F&F production report, Hourly Report.

Suggestion implementation of area given by member.
