Position: GM/Senior Engineer

Duties:

Coordinating factory engineering operations in line with the company's sales and marketing strategy.

Production planning, staffing arrangements and supervision of factory daily operations.

Writing production reports and ad-hoc checks on overall product quality.

Setting and reviewing factory production targets and performance.

Structural design and cost estimations for client projects in EPS construction technology

Liaison between factory and sales/office for managing orders, product costing and preparation of quotations.

This was a project for a high-end gated community of 47 No. units each on 10.84 acres of land in Kitisuru

Designed and detailed the 4-bedroom all-ensuite maisonettes (typical design)

Designed the estate roads (combined length of approx. 1km) using AutoCAD Civil 3D including storm water drainage and side walkways

Drafted complete working drawings of plan and profiles of all the roads and storm water drainage structures (gabions, lined side drains, pipe culverts & storm sewers)

Design of retaining walls and gabions for earth fills (for one side with 1:3 slopes)
