PROJECT-1: WEIGHING & HEIGHT (BMI) Machine having wireless transmission

Completed the weighing machine having four load cells to measure the human weight and also with the provision of wirelessly transmitting the weight and height with BLUETOOTH.

Also, designed the height measurement setup with the help of ultrasonic sensors to measure the height of an individual.

Completed the hardware of both weighing and height machine to form a complete BMI having wireless transmission with Bluetooth.

Also, Designed the PCB for both the setup using ORCAD CAPTURE & LAYOUT.

Project Description:

The entire project was incorporated in order to achieve proper quality inspection of PCB’s.

Responsibilities:

Developing a vi in Labview responsible for detecting the edges of an entire PCB for further image processing.

Developing a vi responsible for detecting the missing and misplaced components in an entire PCB.

Developing a vi in Labview for measuring the dimension of a PCB and also measuring the drill size and it’s placement from fiducials for proper quality checking of an entire PCB.

Worked on SCADA SYSTEM AND IMPLEMENTATION to monitor the temperature, light and humidity through various sensors.
