Project Work/ Internship Experience:

• PG Project – Corrosion Measurement on Large Diameter Pipe using Guided Wave Sensors at Center of Non-Destructive Evaluation (CNDE), IIT MADRAS. July 2019 - May 2020

Simulations on large diameter pipe using Finite Element Analysis (FEA).

Excitation of Axi-Symmetrical T (0,1) mode on large diameter steel pipes using designed Magnetostrictive Sensors (MsS) and PPM EMAT circular array transducers.

Analysis of high temperatures received signal data will effects the Phase shift and amplitude change parameters due to demagnetization of magnets and change in young’s modulus(E) property of the pipe.

EMAT A-scan corrosive signal data has been verified with PAUT method.

• UG Project – Mechanical Operations involved in Manufacturing of Pedal Brakes at Pressto Forms Private Limited, Hyderabad. Dec 2016 – April 2017

Study of different heat treatment processes for mild steel and applying them in the field of manufacturing of the pedal brakes in order to reduce the cost of production, which are used in MAHINDRA JEETO vehicles for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC). Mechanical operations are involved in the manufacturing of pedal brakes.

Visited to “NDTL-BHEL, WRI-BHEL, CNDE-IIT MADRAS & SQS-TRICHY” as a part of field work to get an overview of NDT industrial inspections during April-2019.

Visited to Siemens Centre of Excellence in Manufacturing.

1 month industrial visit to get various metallurgical operations & processes used to manufacture the steel in the engineering shops and foundry at Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), Vishakapatanam during May 2 0 1 6 & Industrial visit to Nuclear Fuel Complex,Hyderabad. Areas of Interest:
