UG Project: Effect of temperature on age hardening behavior of AA2024.
AA2024 samples were quenched and aged at 2000C, 2500C and 3000C. The T6 condition was observed at an early stage at the ageing temperature of 2500C. The peak hardness was highest in the sample aged at 2500C because of coherent precipitates formation.
PG mini Project: Effect of welding heat input on microstructure of ferritic stainless steel (SS409) welded with gas tungsten arc welding.
SS409 plates were welded with GTAW without filler at different heat inputs by changing welding current and keeping other welding parameters constant. Heat input increased with increase in welding current which resulted in the increase of depth of penetration and width of HAZ. Acicular ferrite is observed in Weld zone and ferrite in HAZ.
PG Project: Molecular Dynamics Simulations of Metallic Glass.
Molecular dynamics simulation of Cu64-Zr36 metallic glass prepared by using LAMMPS package and also study about the rejuvenation behavior of the metallic glasses. Rejuvenation of metallic glass changes volume, potential energy and fully icosahedrons structure of the glass by increases the removal of atoms from the metallic glasses. Structural evolution obtained by using pair distribution function. Cyclic deformation of metallic glass improves mechanical properties of the glass. Compare cyclic deformation of the glass and rejuvenation of the metallic glass gives the similar properties.
Industrial training: In Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Ltd (RINL), Visakhapatnam in 2015.
Underwent in-plant training in Quality Assurance and Technology Development for three weeks at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant which is one of the superior steel manufacturers in the country. Well trained principles of chemical analysis to ensure the quality of raw materials and end products are used in the plant.

EXPERIENCE
I am working as a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) from September 2020 in an ISRO funded RESPOND Project "Epoxy-based Inorganic-Organic Hybrid Polymers and their evaluation as Adhesives and Matrix Resins for Composites for Space Applications" under the guidance of Prof. S. Packirisamy, Advanced Polymeric Materials Research Laboratory, Sharda University.
I have worked on a foreign consultancy project under the guidance of Prof. S. Packirisamy which involved the synthesis and characterization of B and Si containing inorganic polymers (Dec 2020 - Feb. 2021).
I have working experience in handling Universal Testing Machine with elevated temperature (up to 2000C) facility and Pyrolysis Furnace.
I have working experience in the preparation and evaluation of inorganic-organic hybrid polymers as adhesives for aluminum and stainless steel coupons.
COMPUTER PROFICIENCY SKILLS
Good knowledge in MS Office and Chem Draw.

I did my M. Tech Project (Molecular Dynamics Simulations of Metallic Glasses) in Erich Schmid Institute of Material Science (ESI), Leoben, Austria from September 2018 to April 2019.
