CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

Identified and implemented a solution to track call-outs and no shows during NYC Covid-19 shutdown which created a staffing emergency for 200 programs throughout NYC. Created a user-friendly case management system that records cases in under 1 minute. Utilized the system to provide proactive customer service for all LOA types. Expanded configuration to include modules for employee relations, investigations, performance improvement plan tracking as well as legal compliance tracking/reporting for the Justice Center and other health regulatory agencies.

Post-merger integration strategy used to rebuild all HR Operations, Policies and Procedures to scale, from infrastructure, staffing assignments, system integrations, to organization structure and change management.

Identified and led major pay audit in collaboration with senior leadership, 1199 union, outside consultants and legal counsel. Audit included review of historical pay practices, changes and interpretation of historical collective bargaining agreements, years of manual pay change requests, etc. which uncovered employee underpayments in excess of $3M.
