This position provides counseling and referrals to the community in our mobile Unit. Also refers patients to CBO’S for linkage to care and Prep and other services that the Department of Health Provides including Faith Based Organizations. Distributing literature and condoms and face to face Education, In High Schools collages and other entities. I have been with the PRISM as an internal (DIS) this program helps to allocate individuals to linkage to care.

As of June 2015, have joint the Early Innervation Unit, providing 500/501 classes as well 501 updates, also monitoring testing sites and attending health fairs to provide TA to providers in the community.
