The intention of this letter is to express interest in the Customer Service Specialist. Based on the job description I believe that I am more than a great candidate for this position. I have many years of experience working with customer collecting payments, updating accounts, using multiple computer applications in my work settings where my duties required me to handle a variety of queries to input data for both consumers and the business itself. My work history also required me to handle inventory as well as updating accounts. I have become very familiar with working with copiers, faxing, emailing and filing, and multi tasking completing assignments as my resume will indicate. Many of my previous position have required me to sit long periods of time working long hours, and my attendance with those hours are perfect.

Based on my work ethics and history I would be a great asset to the Customer Service Department. Over the years I have always wanted to work for a reputable company, it would be a great place to show how reliable and flexible multitasking skills.
