I worked as Sr. staff facility engineer for 5 years and later was promoted to Project Manager and looked after the various international program. Few key responsibilities were:

• Development, planning and execution of Capital, sustaining and MOC engineering & construction projects for green and brownfields including; project initiation/conceptualizing, pre-project study, planning, execution, control, report project performance with KPI’s, manage risk & change management and commissioning of all projects.

Bivouac & Sierra Gas Development ($350 million): Engineering and construction management of multi-well gas pad including trunk line extension, gathering line tie in, and field facilities setup. Completed development programs in N.E.B.C. for five consecutive years. LTIF (Lost Time Incident Frequency) = Zero; TRIR (Total Recordable Injury Rate) = Zero. SAGD PADs ($680 million): Engineering and construction of SAGD well-pad facilities and gathering lines to plant Inlet Separator OS ($45 million): Engineering & installation of inlet separator at the plant, throughput of 60,000 BPD ESP Conversion ($110 million): Project development and management for engineering design and construction to convert SAGD gas lift wells to mechanical lift.

River crossing of trunk line ($7 million): A river crossing of 12” gas line extension project in NEBC. Input to application for federal approval to cross navigation water (one-year approval process). Crossed river using HDD with no damage to Permian region. Plant Turnaround ($5 million): On-time delivery of gas processing plant turnaround and re-licensing to 45% sour service. Retrofitting of all material for sour spec as per NACE MR0175, change out of valves, bulk material, pig launcher and installation of DMDS vessel. Plant Capacity Increase ($75 million): This included facility work at the existing plant. The project included the installation of new Gas Bullets

& upgrade firefighting system and MCC replacement (transformer upgrade). Header expansion and replacement of compressor package Valhalla EOR ($15 million): Engineering and construction of pipeline network and pump house for waterflood projects. PTTEP, Bangkok, Thailand 2010-2011

Sr. Technical Professional - Project Manager

Managed EPC activities for all pipeline, facility installation and plant modification projects. This included finalizing project scope with sponsors and managing, regulatory, engineering, SCM and construction teams to provide integrated services.
