Directly supervise six Area Coaches Southeastern Wisconsin, Southwestern Wisconsin, and Green Bay-Fox Valley. Set yearly Budgets for Sales, Labor, Food and Paper for the 40 stores.

Experience managing a remote team that utilizes technology to execute primary job duties.

Managed Corporate Sales, Revenues and Net Income with Area Coaches. In 2016, the average revenues per store were approximately $850,000. In 2017, average revenues per store were approximately $$925,000. That resulted in a 9% growth in 2017.

Managed overall store performances in relation to Corporate Balance Score Card metrics
