SENIOR HR GENERALIST
Assist the HR Manager in the effective provision of HR advice, guidance, technical and administrative expertise on all HR business processes to the designated HR staff and assigned client groups to ensure consistency in the application of HR best practices for national staff in the Global Center Manila office for employees and management in the areas of Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Employee Relations, and Employee Development, ensuring consistency with the applicable policies and compliance with related local law.
Maintain a current knowledge of legislation and regulation that relate to HR issues and assist in the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist the HR Manager in (1) guiding managers on their roles in the end-to-end performance management processes (2) coaching managers and supervisors in measuring performances and (3) providing appropriate support to employees and managers in addressing unsatisfactory performance, ensuring that underperforming employees are identified and specific plans created with the full intention of returning them to acceptable performance.
Oversee and/or manage the preparation of HR-related organization activities ensuring that activities are aligned with the ministry’s core values as an organization.
Staff Development and Management responsibilities for designated HR staff :
-Daily supervision, coaching and mentoring of Generalist, Coordinator, Project Assistant and Nurse
Assess training needs and recommend training programs to address the identified need/s.
HR GENERALIST
Provide expertise, coaching and development around the recruitment and selection of staff and work with the hiring manager throughout the process as needed and required with a goal of
ensuring consistency and fairness in the recruiting and selection process for all local hires.
Partner with clients to develop and implement an orientation and on-boarding plan for all new staff and stay actively involved with the new hire until the completion of the probationary period.
Guide, coach and mentor Managers and Supervisors on their roles in the end-to-end performance management process as well recommend training and coaching needs of their staff.
Maintain a current knowledge of legislation and regulation that relate to HR issues,
Assists in the implementation and interpretation of HR policies and procedures; updates and maintains employee handbook.
Manages the voluntary separation process including exit interview.
HR ADMINISTRATOR
Coordinate with Manager’s on their requirements to ensure that proper documentations and approval for every job requirement were in place.
Assist new employees with new hire paperwork including enrollment in any relevant benefit offerings.
Accurately checking the timekeeping records for each department and staff. Assist employees with issues concerning leave and timekeeping so that all employees will be paid accurately and on time.
Benefits administration
Maintain local HRIS personnel databases. Make entries into database as needed, keeping database fully operational and up-to-date.
Update and secure all (201) personnel files accurately and with confidentiality.
Involved in the planning and implementation of organizational activities.
TRAINING ASSOCIATE
Co-facilitates value-added trainings for health workers, (Doctors, Nurses, Medical Practitioners).
Assists in inventory of supplies and logistics for pre and post-training activities.
