Lead Programme Manager/Head of PMO Sky (BskyB) Plc - UK

• Delivered a high-profile complex software (agile) programme to build a customer sales platform to sell Sky products through the Online, Retail and Direct (contact centre) Channels. Responsible for establishing the programme baseline: defining the programme scope and deliverables, securing the necessary resources, planning and monitoring all programme related activities.

• Set up a programme management office from scratch to manage the programme dependencies, risks and issues. Drove the programme execution by tracking all programme activities, monitored and managed changes, conflicts and escalations.

• Managed stakeholders (including level 5 executives) engagement, customer relationship, building confidence and trust. Ensured appropriate levels of programme progress communication reports; Also managed the programme finances by ensuring adequate financial systems are established, monitoring and reporting to relevant stakeholders. • As the senior single point of accountability of a £167million outsource account; led the BT Programme Delivery team to deliver services which included the provision of all the WAN, LAN, Contact Centre, Voice, Security, Mobile and many other 3rd party services.

• Programme managed the pre-contract and Transition implementation of a £43M account, a single largest IT Service contract BT has ever won in the MEA) region over 5 years, which delivered a 15% profit margin.
