Supervised Clerical Department and trained people as they were hired. Performed administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, photocopying, mail for inter-departmental use. Scheduled/distributed work for the Underwriting and Claims Departments of insurance company, as well as performing the tasks myself. • Billing: Recorded bills as they came in and set up incoming invoices to be paid and then entered them into the computer. Filed all paper copies of bills and invoices.
