WORK HISTORY
Combat Engineer / Army National Guard - Joplin, MO / 10.2018
- Current
While serving in the Army National Guard I have continually jumped in at every opportunity offered to me by my superiors. Despite being a PFC, I have a commissioned officer job of running TC- AIMES.
Assigned CROWS system weapons maintenance trainer for my company 4 weeks of training.
I have previously been on orders from April-August to combat the Covid-19 Pandemic and riots. During this time I succeeded in all my duties and was put in charge of a small team whenever my superior was away.
My company was quickly called up to combat riots during my time on orders. During this time, I took on an officer's job of documenting every soldier in my company before they left for overnight training.I worked 14 hours straight and was one of the few who managed to successfully document every soldier and efficiently send needed documents to my superior. I also aided the Admin NCO with completing documentation when he failed to send documents properly.

Risk Youth Leader Volunteer / Cookson Hills Christian Ministries - OK / 06.2014 - 08.2016
While at Cookson Hills Christian Ministries I served as a volunteer as a 1-3 Grade Teachers Aide, Trainer, Tutor, and Equine Therapy Supervisor at the Equine Therapy center. over the course of two years. During this time I took 3 intensive courses earning myself 3 certifications to allow me to act as a volunteer trainer. As the acting Senior President of the Highschool in 2016, I organized my team to gain enough money to serve At-Risk kids in impoverished communities in Southern Florida. This allowed my team to both serve in their strengths while celebrating their accomplishments during our downtime.

Member of highly selective leadership club at MSSU. This club focuses on personal growth and development, how to manage a team, business growth, and community
development. During this course, we used the Color-Code method to
learn our different personalities and ways of completing tasks in the workforce. This allowed me to understand myself better while learning to effectively work with those who have different methods. I am certified in this training and would love to talk
about the Color-Code method during an interview.
