Structuring of its strategic planning that contemplates 3 expansion stages, of which the first one was opened to the public in December 2015 and the following two started construction in 2019 with openings in 2021 and 2022, expecting to reach an ebitda of $50,000 MM. Negotiation with “Portafolio Estrategias Inmobiliarias” real estate fund (PEI), reaching an agreement that allowed to sell them a shareholding stake in the company. Additionally, a business plan was structured to open shopping centers in new cities, the first of which opened to the public in March 2019 in the city of Cúcuta; to date, the structuring of other shopping centers in different cities of the country is in progress.

o Compunet: consolidation of the company as a provider of integrated technology solutions around the SAP platform. Sales have grown significantly from $40,000 MM

(2006) to more than $90,000 MM (2020). Sale of a solution designed by the company to Vistex (SAP company). Development and structuring of a Data Center that went live in 2021 S1.

o New Company Structuring: Gestión Fiduciaria S.A. and C3 Construcciones y Contratos S.A.S. are recent companies that have been consolidated in terms of revenue and profit generation. In both cases I participated in their structuring and I am part of their boards of directors / monitoring committees.

o Sale of Gestión Fiduciaria S.A.: after having supported the incorporation and positioning of Gestión Fiduciaria S.A. as an outstanding trust company that developed alternative funds, I supported and led the process of selling the company, reaching an agreement to sell 100% of the shares to Grupo Sura, a transaction that was completed in July 2020.

- Bidding structuring in nine (9) bidding processes in the energy and transportation system sectors, being awarded two (2) bids in the energy sector.

- Debt raising over US$ 550 MM with National Financial Institutions, destined to finance Investment Projects of the Companies hold under Portfolio and / or procurement of loans to third parties (assessment).

- Assessment to important national and international companies. Relevant companies assessed: Bolsa de Valores de Colombia SA, Clip Holdings SA, Ingenio Pichichi SA, Grupo Empresarial del Pacifico (Gepsa), Puertos Inversiones y Obras SAS, Siderúrgica de Occidente SA, Grupo Aldor, Columbus International and Grupo Terra – Petroholdongs (Honduras). o Puerto Antioquia and Puerto Solo: active participation in the business plan and financial structure of the aforementioned port projects, sponsored by Puertos, Inversiones y Obras SAS (Oscar Isaza); supported and led the sale of Puerto Solo to SeaOne Holdings, an American company.
