Main Duties
Working with the company’s registered land surveyor, survey technicians, cartographers, beacon builders in all aspects of cadastral survey work, which are subdivisions, consolidation, relocation, topographic surveys, engineering surveys, town planning and management.
Lodging, examination and dispatching of the legal records associated with the carried out work which are coordinate list, working plans, diagrams, general plans, reports, dispensation certificates.

Main Duties
Providing Construction supervision support deciphering plans, producing grade files, grade stakeout, quality assurance, field fit design and generating construction quantities
Providing design support creating preliminary designs, producing quantities, drafting, controlling and plotting.
Demonstrate safe working practices at all times, advocate focus on customer, public and employee safety in all work practices
Perform detailed survey calculations for legal and engineering surveys using AutoCAD, and Surpuc98 for data adjustment
Work closely with Construction Engineers, Resident Engineers, Superintendent and other technical staff to schedule field and office work.
Revise drawings, trace and or copy existing drawings and perform various computations including closure, precision and calculations for reconstruction of Reference pegs, benchmarks, control points and boundaries.
Complete detailed of drawings from sketches, plan, specification, and written and verbal instructions using Civil, Survey and Computer aided drafting programs (AutoCAD, Surpac98, ProgCAD and Google Earth.
