At present, working in Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd as a Jr. Instrumentation Engineer in Instrument Department at Nimbahera unit, Dist-Chittorgarh (Rajasthan) From October-2013 to till Continue.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for overall instrumentation systems, field instruments & attend breakdowns works in plant on regular basis.

Involved daily Preventive, Breakdown, Maintenance and calibration work of mentioned in plants systems and instruments check list.

Replacement of damaged instruments parts, repairing, terminal tightening, fault rectification & cable replacement of all types of field Instruments/sensors.

Maintaining to deal with external parties for repair/services whenever required and also attained the Rajasthan state pollution control board inspection team visited at unit.

Maintaining all instruments related files and documents & also ISO Audit, Internal audit (Departmentally) for record purpose.

Responsible for Preparation of Daily Progress report, monthly reports, annual reports, annual shutdown report & reporting to Head office on regular basis.

Temperature Measurement- (RTD PT-100), Thermocouple (K-type).

Flow Measurement- Electromagnetic flow meter (krohne).

Load Measurement- Weighing Scale (150kg), Weigh Bridge (100MT), Weigh belt Micro mate Integrator (Power build).

Regular monitoring of PM, HF, Flow meter, PTZ camera of online Monitoring system for Rajasthan State pollution control board and Central pollution control board and maintained the reports/documents for records purpose.

Worked in GAIL (India) Ltd as a Shift Engineer (Operation) under Contract of Venkatesh Engineering Services from Dec-2010 to Mar-2013 and continue with Global S.S.Construction Pvt.Ltd at the Site of Petronet LNG Ltd, Dahej (Gujarat) from April-2013 to September-2013.

On line monitor process parameters & Controlling of flow rate & pressure (DVPL-1, DVPL-2 and DUPL) through Main Control Room.

Responsible for Preparation of Daily Progress sheet & reporting to Manager.

Making Gas statement of 1st & 2nd fortnight supplied to other customers of GAIL shall be submitted to the company for billing.
