Responsible for Order Fulfillment for final goods and Strategic Procurement for indirect Material for the business in Brazil.

Introducing the concept of export of mobile phones for Latin America from the Manaus factory. Organized the planning, logistics and purchasing during the transition of Siemens Mobile to the company BenQ.

Ago 2003 to Dec 2005 – Siemens Ltda - Sao Paulo – Logistic Manager:

Responsible for Order Fulfillment Latin America to Analogue Phones, Cordless Products and Mobil Phones, managing the areas of Planning, Forecasting, Sales Interface, Order Management, Warehousing and Distribution.

Transferred the concepts of Supply Chain from Germany to Brazil, installed KPIs method to monitor logistics performance. Developed the demand planning process for all three divisions of Siemens Terminal Equipment (conventional phones, wireless and cellular).

Responsible for International Projects in the Order Fulfillment department.
