• The project involves support for ongoing applications, maintenance and enhancements as

system developed by UNISYS for Idaho & Maine states of the U.S. MMIS is based on MITA

framework

• In 2010 Idaho Medicaid replaced its Medicaid claims processing system which is supported by

HP/EDS till 06.01.2010

• The new system is a Medicaid Management Information System referred to as Idaho MMIS.

• The new system will be supported by Unisys corporation/Molina, first health services and Thomson

Reuters.

Molina Healthcare:

• Molina Healthcare Inc. Announced that effective May 1st 2010 it closed on its Acquisition of the

Health information Management (HIM) business of Unisys Corporation.

• HIM will operate as a subsidiary of Molina Healthcare under the name, Molina Medicaid

Solutions.

• Molina Medicaid Solutions provides Design, Development, Implementation, and Business process
