Fire & life Safety

• Identifies potential safety or fire hazards; takes action or make recommendations to eliminate 'hazard; Determines the identity and business of visitor, checks ID; gives directions to or escorts authorize, visitors.

• Responds to all fire alarms; determines whether a fire exists; attempts to extinguish fire and contacts fire department; assure that fire extinguishers, smoke 'detectors, fire alarms, I sprinkler system and fire hydrants are in operating condition: conducts fire drills and participate in fire prevention programs.

• Conducts or participates in employee safety and accident prevention programs; conducts a preliminary investigation of employee accident’s.

• Answers telephone calls and or operates a telephone switchboard when the facility or building is closed, writes incident reports and maintain a record of activities.

• Apprehends persons suspected of theft, vandalism, or trespassing; contacts police and, detains suspect until police arrive; render fire aids to employees, residents, and visitors in cases of injury or illness.

• Completes all daily activity reports, Incident reports, Supplemental reports, and other written document pertinent to the day to day activities of assigned tasks and responsibilities.

• Process carefully all, found or otherwise impounded property; alerts for person engaging in prohibits behavior on the property; promotes good and public relations through courteous, helpful and professional contact with tenants and guests and rules and policies of the property.

Customer Service

• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues and, resolved be promptly and thoroughly; as well as efficiently gathered customer information.
