Components re-builds, stripping and identifying defects final drive, transmission, engine, hydraulic piston pumps, gear pumps, also hydraulic motor, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic valve resealing on trucks, excavators, loaders 966H, 980H, 980L
Measuring of components to verify if it’s still within the specifications.
Stripping and repairing final drives, differentials and brake groups on grader motors 140H
Plumping up of new hoses on machines and routing according to CAT standards
Contamination control on new and old components.
Calibration of trucks transmission 730B, 730C, 740, 745
Carry out valve set on various CAT engines C18, C15, C13, C11, C9, C7.
Remove and replace injectors and also update the injector trim files to correspond to the installed injector
Repair and fix final drive tandems, pre-loading of bearings following CAT procedure.
Striping and repair of transmission of tlb 428E, 428F trucks and dozer D8R, D8T
Trouble shouting and repair of excavator hydraulic problems and electrical problems on 320D, 330D, 336D, 374D, 373F and 390D.

I am also attending brake downs on transmission problems like not taking gears, not up shifting gears, wiring repairs and sensor replacement, solenoid or modulating valve replacement and full transmission calibration to gain a smooth shift of gears, on trucks, loaders and dozers.
