3.Selection of Contractor, Service provider and rate negotiation, Evaluating and selecting sub-contractors likewise monitoring and controlling performance.

4.Take care of supply management, supply of labour and supply of materials .

5.Handling work flow with labours to guide them or help them.

6.Arranging safety programme once in month so that everyone knows the precautions and actions to take in case of accident.

7.Create project plans and report to incharge of our site.

8.To take care of construction handling equipment without any losses.
