Researched and wrote memoranda and drafts of briefs related to cases presenting a variety of legal issues related to substantive criminal law, criminal procedure, and the rules of evidence, and often involve novel questions of constitutional and statutory interpretation. Performed in depth research of prosecutorial misconduct during summation and aided in updating an outline of the issue for NJOPD trial attorney utilization. Aided in a Post Convictions Relief case. Community Outreach Consultant June 2017 – July 2018 Organized and facilitated community-based trainings throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania to educate participants on impacts of federal policy decisions and what they could do to impact these decisions.
