Worked in OSP/Fiber Construction Engineering to oversee & direct OSP related placement, replacement, repairs and relocation. Coordinate with AT&T and other vendors for leases and path diversification in Palo Alto, Redwood City & Livermore, CA. with adjacent cities including pole work. Design projects, price, bid, coordinate, inspect, fiber, copper, coax and wireless arena. Currently performing DAS & Small Cell Design & Construction for Crown Castle. Extensive work experience in area of logistics and inventory management. Managed extensive inventory of material required for projects. Work with several vendors, pricing, ordering, billing, budgeting, coordination, shipping, receiving of material, special logistical support for deliveries. While at Stanford worked extensively with FTTX or fiber to the home. I also worked Verizon Fiber to The Home Project in Southern California. Update: My Tenure at Stanford and prior was as an OSP Construction Specialist Field Support Person. Have an in depth knowledge of OSP in All Phases and types with experience. OSP Plant, cable architecture, nodes and extreme Fiber knowledge in OSP Environment. Very extensive. I was a communication liaison between and for groups requiring updates and knowledge. Recent project assisted Conduit design firm with two UG vaults they could not design. Engaged PM and Contractor to correct issue. Issue corrected. Communicated updates through prescribed data formats or in person as necessary. Interfaced daily or as needed with all internal groups. General logs or excel spread sheets.

*An integral part of The PM Job at Stanford and couple other large corporations I worked for was budgets & forecasting. I was A Planner for AT&T mostly in this function. Couple recent projects at Stanford were over one billion dollars each. For two hospitals. I am detail oriented with degree in Accounting. Very versed in laying out projects and gathering information for budget tracking and forecasts. Building history and knowledge of companies, projects & needs. Position supported light & heavy rail construction projects for local transit agency within Santa Clara. County, CA. Having had rail transit experience combined with private development experience. This experience assists and supports a TOD Type Coordinator to coordinate with coordination efforts of planning and programming efforts to integrate a BSVII extension into transit oriented development (TOD) within The City of San Jose and possibly The City of Santa Clara.
