1. PROFITABILITY AND OPERATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS

Ensure That all employees understand the business objective

Provide regular communication with regard to progress against objectives

Monitor profitability and implement actions for improvement if need be

Monitor and control expenses against the budget

Facilitate effective implementation of policies and procedures

Evaluate potential safety risks and implement corrective action if need be

Act on audit problem areas and implement corrective actions

Ensure that all equipment is in working in order and ensure all malfunctions are reported and fixed

2. SALES AND MARKETING

Co-ordinate new client recruitment campaigns

Continuously analyse competitors positioning, strategy etc

Submit marketing proposals to the marketing department

Lias with marketing dept. and execute marketing strategy and activity planned

Continuously measure results and provide feedback to Regional manager and marketing department on initiatives
