- Weekly full building inspections. Testing all alarms e.g. Intruder Alarms, Panic Alarms, Fire Alarms, Refuge points, fire telephones, door alarms, ACS, lifts, fire fighting equipment, fabric etc... Act upon any faults found and escalate where necessary (to onsite maintenance department / help desk, external contractors, call outs)

- Produce monthly Equipment reports ( CCTV, ACS, Comms ) to Operations Director

- Act as Incident Manager to any emergency that could arise - Intruder alarms, Panic alarms, fire alarms etc...

- Carry out investigations and Write Incident reports

- Liaise with local authorities

I am a passionate car enthusiast, a petrol head as they say. I am well into Japanese and German Classic cars. I also love sports, cycling in particular, never miss Tour de France. I cycle to work every day. Would enjoy a nice movie with the Mrs But that’s when (if) we get some free time as we have got 2 toddlers.
