Accounts Receivable:

• Accounting of Salary debits/deductions to the employees and responsible for deducting the same from the employee monthly salary payment. Fixed Assets:

• Creation Fixed asset master, providing start dates in the depreciation module based on the actual start of commercial production.

• Verifying the Purchase Orders for account codes and proper differentiation of revenue and capital items.

Stock Verification & Petty cash Handling:

• Verification of Physical stock (work-in progress) and reporting to the management on the same.

Software related activities:

• All the transactions are to be entered in (ERP Package) which is common for all the companies under the group and coordinating the IT department on the same for consolidating the accounts of all the companies.
