The aim of the study was to determine factors contributing to upper respiratory tract infection among children under five years old. Descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out with 150 mothers, samples were obtained by the Fisher Method 1998, data was collected using an interviewer schedule from randomly picked respondents and analysed with an aid of a scientific calculator and presented in charts, tables and graphs.
