Accident Investigation Follow up- Any safety incident/accident should be investigated by the OPSC. The initial report and paperwork should be handled by the Supervisor, but it is the OPSC responsibility to review and take part in each investigation to ensure accuracy and the efficacy of each investigation/report

Impact Follow Up and Reporting- Ensure all facility impacts that occur on the shift are followed up on properly, and comments are entered. If an investigation is required, then it should be assigned to the Supervisor by the OPSC.

Review and ensure all labor plans are met in all areas of the facility daily. Ensure goals are met with the labor outlined, and report back as to why goals were not met, or labor goals were exceeded.

Responsible for tracking hours and OT for all team members on their shift to ensure adherence to Cold Point hours/labor cost KPIs.
