JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Executing manpower planning and budgeting to have a road-map for recruitment assignments and developing job descriptions.
Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from various channels such as references, company’s own database, Job Portals i.e. Monster, Naukri, networking tools such as LinkedIn.
Technical Recruitment of IT personnel- the sister firm of The Brihaspati Infotech Pvt. Ltd. that is Logical Quad wherein the key responsibility was to learn and understand the lingo and requirements of different technical job roles and ensuring that right talent is processed forward.
Conducting interviews and taking care of joining induction formalities.
